1. Introduction

This privacy policy explains how personal data is handled on the EHSP.eu website, managed by IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture SAU and ARIEMA Energía y Medioambiente SL on behalf of the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (CHJU), which
acts as the data controller.

The European Hydrogen Safety Panel (EHSP) is committed to protecting your privacy.

This service is managed by IDOM and ARIEMA on behalf of the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (CHJU) using the Brevo email marketing platform, which acts as a sub-processor. Brevo is contractually obligated to protect your data and adhere to GDPR standards. Your data will be stored for this purpose until you decide to withdraw your consent.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of every newsletter we send. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data is processed securely and only for the purposes stated above. IDOM and ARIEMA process data strictly under the instructions of CHJU and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
