Clean Hydrogen Partnership
The Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking or Clean Hydrogen Partnership is a unique public-private partnership supporting research and innovation (R&I) activities in hydrogen technologies in Europe. It builds upon the success of its predecessor, the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking.
It aims to scale up the development and deployment of the European value chain for safe and sustainable clean hydrogen technologies, strengthening its competitiveness to support business, especially SMEs. This enables innovative competitive clean solutions to be quickly put on the market.

By fostering collaboration across research institutions, industries, and policymakers, the Clean Hydrogen Partnership contributes to a fully integrated and decarbonized EU energy system.
